I have been having this problem for a yr. I've lost hundreds of credits and glu will do nothing about it. Their customer care(oxymoron) is a joke, they claim to have no access to games on Kindle which seems impossible since its part of the game.
The game is a jioke and so is glu....i bought credits and nerver received them then I lost anogher 100 credits for no reason. I've lost hundreds of credits in the past 10 months. Glu doesnt do a **** thing..bunch of thieves!
I've been playing for over a yr and this only started happening 2 days ago. I have a fire also and have no other problems with the web or other games. Just another bug in the long list of problems with this game and glu.
I agree glu customer care(insert joke) is useless. I lost glu credits also and got the run around. I contacted amazon and they actually refunded my money which pleasantly suprised me. I did contact glu about this bug however and they said a fix is on the way so we'll see.
I'm not taking a chance and deleting the game...i spent months and money on this game. I'm just gonna wait and hope they figure out a fix/update. Thanks though!
