Why is this happening with many facebook players ? This is not done, we spend 100s of hours playing the game and now back to 0.

I finished region 9 some days ago, and had around 1.6 Million bucks with me. But now, when i logged in, everything is gone and I am back to level 0 with 0 bucks. This sucks..

I agree to these comments. Buying the special winter pack makes you clear all levels easily (is that all), game should be more challenging to keep free players (making them a must to buy stuff) and as well for buyers (to keep them buying repeatedly)…

Its been 2 hours now, and i tried to reload the game more then 100 times. but it still wont load.
