I still get attachments, but rarely. On 30 hunts I get attachments once (3 pieces).

You can, open your SUIT OPTIONS -> VIEW GEAR and enter the GO TO STORE from there. There you spin for FREE parts. You need to collect all the parts to fully upgrade your suit. You can do it for free, but it takes time.

It seems that you have an active "dog" tutorial. The next time you open your game - go to your DOG hunt and complete your tutorial. This will fix your fish problem :)
