Easter Holiday Event Weapon Question - Easter Catcher AR

I noticed the Easter Catcher AR in the Prize Weapons section of the Easter Holiday event. It is described as a region 1 - 26 assault rifle.

• Does that mean it will work in the AR Contract section for any region from region 1 to region 26?
• Will it work in the Elite regions?
• Will it work in the Burrowing sections of the Hunting With Dogs parts that require an AR?

I just wanted to be sure what it will do before I spent all my hard earned silver coins!
