Elite Regions

Does anyone know if there will be more elite regions? I beat the first 2 and region 3 doesn't even have the option. I play through FB Gameroom on PC. Also my dog hunts only go to region 4.

    Elite hunts only exist in regions 1 and 2.
    Dog hunts are updated per each region regularly. We are now in region 9. Facebook always has its problems (game updates come in like centuries late if ever).
    Spearfishing is now in three regions with Japan, the fourth, coming soon.
    PvP target shooting is in season 22 if i err not.
