DH17 won't run after windows reinstall

I had to reinstall windows 7 today, and I cant launch DH 2017 through gameroom. I get an error report
Unable to load mono library from "C:/Users/Public/Facebook Games/754991851237973/97/754991851237973_Data/Mono/mono.dll" (error = 126).
I've reinstalled gameroom and other games work, but not this one. Anyone have a suggestion?
