Winter Iowa? when is it coming for pc players?

Don't play the game on my phone because I didn't want to start at level one again. anybody know when winter iowa will be coming out for pc players? I have over 200 game game credits and 500 million dollars. Finished the wicked Christmas event 20 minutes after each level was released. Might be time to find something else to play. Really no reason to play CTS when I can win all the gold I need for special events from dog ticket spins.
