Cannot progress through tutorial unless i spend real money

Hi,

Just downloaded the game last night. I have two Issues. I am at the point in the tutorial where I need to spend cash to buy a gun to proceed to the Contract Hunts. Unfortunately I accidentally spent too much cash earlier where i glitch didn't recognize an upgrade I had purchased earlier to proceed through the first season. I can not go back out of the contract or proceed through the tutorial now unless I spend real money to continue.

I am on a Samsung Galaxy S5.
