Still no gold

Trying to be patient but still dealing with this issue bought the 3300 gold package on DH 2016 for 29.99 and it still has not showed up on my game and I bought it on 9/25 u guys sent me a email stating u would have a manager push it through but still has not happened please help resolve

    Another day...another restart...another 10 gold snatched away by GLU. I 've had a customer care ticket open since before I opened this thread and have yet to receive a reply. Not even an apology.

    Another day...another restart...another 10 gold snatched away by GLU. I 've had a customer care ticket open for weeks and have yet to receive a reply. Not even an apology. They simply don't care. Nobody should give them any monetary support unless they improve DH16 significantly. Money is all they will listen to.
