Vaporized Badgers

Has anyone else had the experience of vaporized Badgers? I will shoot a Badger and poof it's vaporized. I don't get credit for the kill however. I'm guessing another glitch in this game. This happens only on the mountainous Badger hunt.

    Not really but I have been shooting badgers behind that jeep without seeing them and they die. As if the jeep is a prop...

    I've got the rac****s in regions 23 and 24 sometimes run on the spot after being registered as a kill. They then vanish if you zoom and look away and then back. I think a shotgun blast vaporizes them. Kind of a fun quirky bug.
