Kindle Fire HD 6(rev4) Stuck at Region 4 DH 2016

The title says it all. I have been unable get to the next region..I've uninstalled and reinstalled to try and get it to update. I didn't lose any progress and in fact it gave me different hunts for shotgun and assault rifle but still in region 4. Then it changes back to the original scenes. I did.the same thing for DH 2014 and it in fact updated it and gave me new regions as well as ths Halloween event. Anyone have a fix for DH 2016 that will update it and give me the new regions. Thanks ahead of time for any help and ideas
