DH16 Connection Problems - 9/20 - Fixed!

Update 9/20 - 4 PM PST: Been a couple hours and it looks like all clear!

Update 9/20 - Noon PST: We are aware of some players getting random disconnects and login failures. We are currently looking into this now!



Hey all, we are aware that some people are unable to connect to the servers when attempting to login right now. We are working on getting this resolved as soon as we can! We will keep giving updates until we have this fixed!

    I don't notice a difference... getting as many or more connection errors today as I did before the update.
    Samsung Galaxy S4, Android 5.0.1 (retired)
    iPhone 6, iOS 9.2

    Had no issue with "cannot connect with server" - until today: 9/20.

    ...same here, no connection to server. until now (sun 9/20) everything was fine. tried clearing cache, no effect, neither did reboot. the detail of the error message - extremly small and can hardly read it on my phone - seems to imply that there is some file missing or corrupt... 'error in request', 'filenotfoundexception'...

    Not fixed here. Have Android and iOS devices and neither will connect to the servers.

    Same issue this side, today @ gmt +2 hours at 13:20pm. Nothing works, initially i reboot phone and worked first time but now for the last few hours not working

    Just struck this issue as below.

    Seems to be worse today than yesterday. Can't start the game at all now despite clearing cache and restarting device.

    Just adding that I'm also having issues this morning. Bummer. At least I'm done with everything currently in the game...Waiting for R4. Maybe soon!

    Being Sunday, I am guessing there probably won't be resolution today... game may be out of order till well into tomorrow...

    Hey all, thanks for posting about the issues! Turns out there was a problem here in the US so services like Netflix and DH16 were down for most people. It looks like the issue has been resolved!

    Don't know about anyone else, but once again I have not been able to connect for two days. Gets the the "Deer" stage (the actual profile of the deer), and just keeps spinning. Wouldn't expect anything else from such a flawed game. Oh well. Anyone else having these issues?

    Thanks for the quick updates, team. Disconnects and login failures are the worst, especially when you're just trying to jump into the game. Glad to hear things are back to normal now.
