Attachment parts in CTS

I got an attachment part in the post match bonus in the bronze tournament the other day but didn't take a screenshot. Got a couple tonight in the gold.

Either a glitch that it's a reward item in the CTS post match bonus or it's an error in the description - it still says can be earned in the elite events only.

    I think it's just an incorrect description. I found attachment parts in all sorts of CTS tournaments (bronze, silver and championship) from the beginning of season 2.
