CAPs are one of the most important aspects of this game, so you need to use them wisely when you do get them.
Like me you guys mentioned they show up for me in Elite Texas and Alaska, and I try to complete the Rifles as often as the timer allows me to. The Elite Pistol takes longer because it's 30 hunts long. I've had days where I'll go through all of Texas and not get any, and then I've had days where I'll get 15 in one sitting.
You just have to keep playing and don't get ALL the customizations, just the ones you need to get your gun how you like it. See my post about customizations.
1. Spend them wisely
2. Reset the Elite Alaska/Texas Rifle and Pistol timers as often as possible
3. Finish the Bronze CTS tournament daily. I've had many CAPs come from there.
4. Once you customize your 3 CTS pistols, keep building a cushion.
5. Only spend parts that you actually need to spend, otherwise save them for next season. Build up a cushion.
