Stuck in Region 10

So I have been playing right along and the past few days while in Region 10, I would kill the 5 big game ones and it wouldnt give me the check mark showing it was finished. It would show it on my screen where I would choose my hunt but not where it showed the sections open. I finished the 5th one this morning and it didnt do the gun shot through all the sections like every other level. The only thing I can do now is continue shotgun hunts or use gold to do the AR hunts. wont let me go to region 11.
Anyone know why?
