No Attachments Parts

Hi, I'm playing for a while now, but since like more than a month I can't get any attachments parts for my CTS gun...
Is that normal ?
I mean I do like 20 to 50 Elite Hunt/day and it never endds on this part !!!
This is annoying me a lot....

Plz answer me if you get any idea of that problem.

    People on this forum answered this question before. Go to elite alaska for some, like three attachments in 20 hunts. And use your 25 attachments wisely.
