No in-game customer care button

Hello,

I follow the guide to access in-game customer care but i don't see any button with that word

My deer hunter 2017 setting window only show

Music
Sound Effect
Key Hint
Credits
About
Privacy
Forum
Licenses
Google Play

So where's the customer care button? need to submit ticket for my purchase that's missing after a week...

    Push the button in the top left of your home screen, then after Music and Sound Effects, you should see the Customer Care button. That's how it is on my screen anyway, I'm not sure why it wouldn't be on yours. Good luck!

    after music and sound effect is blank, no button, even facebook button is not there...

    That's weird, I don't know why it's on mine , but not yours. If it's not too inconvenient, and it won't cause you to lose progress and weapons, you might want to delete and reinstall the game. I don't promise that will work, just an idea.

    thanks, i managed to contact the support and they said sorry and cannot refund my purchase... so now i play gameroom version and hope all my progress will be saved.. not going to make any purchase anymore...
