Game Won't Load

DH17 has worked fine since I downloaded it, although it periodically times out for no apparent reason. Three days ago it timed out and now will not load. I get the glu logo, followed by the dog chassis the deer screen and it hangs there with the little wait thingy spinning in the corner. I've let it sit there for hours and it never loads. Have rebooted my tablet many times since but no help. Tablet is not overloaded with other stuff and I keep it cleaned out. I don't want to reinstall as I don't want to lose all my $, gold, careers, etc. Any help??

    I'm having the same issue. All I got from "customer care" was the usual cut 'n paste from their script.

    Thanks. I suspected it wasn't just me as I didn't do anything on my end and it was working great right up until that moment. Hopefully it effects a lot of users in which case they will address it.

    If u r connected to Facebook then u can uninstall and reinstall without loss of credit. My problem is that game crashes when i watch vids. No fix yet.

    Unfortunately not on Facebook. Have noticed there is no change yet. No fix, still won't load.

    goto Android/data/com.glu.deerhunt16/files/dynamic_content....and del all file that end with ***.temp ..then restart...DO NOT del /Temp folder...

    Man, I thought you nailed it. Unfortunately, there are no .temp files in that folder. Tons of UNITY3D files but no temp files. In fact, there are no *.temp, nor *.tmp files anywhere in the deerhunt16 folder or its subfolders.

    ooopppsss....my bad....that ussually work when u can loggin, but it froze at ..UPDATING.. try this....WARNING!!..save game in Faceoffbook 1.copy/backup that game folder to sdcard(its 2-3 GB..woohoo!!!..and like me, need to del lot of porn vid...) 2.unistall then reinstall it....maybe it work...if not...just copy/paste from that backup file...

    DaSlash2 - Got lucky. Wasn't getting anywhere so decided to just uninstall the app and start over. When I re-downloaded it and installed it my data was still there. Don't now how that would have happened but I am pleased. Would chat more but I've got to go shoot something. :)
