Restart DH18

Is there a way that anyone knows of to start the game over from the beginning?  I’ve tried various methods on my iPad… deleted game data and game through settings and then reinstalling it, just deleting the game and reinstalling etc….  Have even tried to talk to the company and all they’ve really told me is the game is too old now.
