Wow, a week old and STILL no progress on this issue. Great support, what a joke, I am SO glad i did not spend any money with in app purchases in this game.
Same thing happened to me, Mac OS 10.9.2 on an iMac and MacBook. Seriously sad there is no reply yet, especially with all of the issues being reported.
