Purple color behind Stars on Levels

As I am playing I noticed that some of my levels have a purple color behind the stars. Can anyone one tell me how you get this.  And how can I get that on levels that I have completed that do not have it?

    Hey FerdaGMa!

    The purple stripe indicates a timed level. They're set, so there's no way to get them. Hope that clears it up!
