Getting kicked out of the game

Every time I start a new game of dinner dash on my iPhone 7, when the green download bar is full and the game will go into the main screen, I immediately get kicked out of the game entirely. It started about 3 days ago. Then it was still possibly to buy something in the store, or play one chapter before getting kicked out. But now that isn’t even possibly anymore. Is this a known problem or am I the only one that’s unable to play?

I have the same issue when I play Game of Thrones on my iPad. It will load but as soon as I open it up its a 50/50 if It works.
