Games of Thorns won't advance

Am playing Chapter 13 in Game of Thorns on Android Galaxy S6.  I have beaten it multiple times and am unable to advance to Chapter 14.

The game tells me I have a new high score with every win.  It has not rewarded me with 2 additional energy.  It also stopped rewarding me with cookies, so at some level it recognizes that I passed the level.

I have this problem too. I can play level 14 but even when I beat it, it won’t give me the reward or move me to level 15. Once I noticed it said “only -14 to go” when I had beaten it by 14!

I have this problem with level 5 on games of thorns.

I eventually got past 13, and now the issue is repeated at 14.  I had -25 to go as well.  I want the gem reward!

I am having the same problem!! Mine is level 4 and i have beaten it like 7 times !

As far as I know the devs are aware and is fixing it. I have messaged support and received 15 gems as compensation for this, and some others reported getting 20 gems too.

Hey Everyone! 

We're definitely aware of this issue, and we should have a fix going out before the next Game of Thorns. It looks like bonuses (from outfits, streaks) weren't being calculated correctly on our side. You would have seen your correct score as a player, but it was actually lower than that since the bonuses weren't being counted. That being said, we're working on it! Thanks for the patience everyone, it definitely isn't lost on us how frustrating this can be!
