Chapter 18 not unlocking

I updated the game on 12/18 and can’t get chapter 18 to unlock. I have completed chapter 17 and it says I need to complete the To Do List in crater 9. I have all the stars in chapter 9. Any suggestions?

    Hi, can you write to Customer Support in-game with screenshots proving you have unlocked Chapter 17 (the level selection screen for it) and your current To Do List? Hope it helps.

    Hey there!

    Sorry for the delayed response due to the holiday. This definitely sounds like a visual issue! Make sure you complete all tasks in the To Do list just like doantuankhoi mentioned. Completing the levels and earning all stars won't unlock the next chapter, you'll need to progress the story line by doing the tasks.
