Can’t connect to game server

I’m on an iPad, iOS 14.2, wifi speed is 254 Mbs download and 181 Mpbs. Have restarted the game and restarted my iPad multiple times, still won’t connect (can’t connect to customer care because I can’t get in the game!)

Continually getting “connection lost! Retry or Restart.”

    Same exact thing is happening to me on my iPhone and yesterday it was super glitchy and now won’t work at all.

    I've been having this same issue for a couple of hours now but I'm on Android. No Internet issues my end.

    Same on my Samsung Galaxy S10+. No other internet problems with other devices.

     PSA: Amazon (who hosts the game server) is having a power outage which is why we can't access the game right now. Please be patient while they are fixing it :(
