Game Stuck/Not Rendering Fully

Aa of today, Nov 30th, I can get into the game but thats it, none of the functionality is there. The only thing I can click on and have it do anything is the current task bubble, and once that opens, there's nothing in it. Meanwhile my unlimited supplies timer winds down.
