Game stuck

Hi, i amnin the last chapter in the game, after the conversation, nothing happens. It is all freezed. I tried this: contact the support, uninstal and instal the game, clean the caches, etc. I did everything they told me but the problem remains. Finally they tell me it is a network issue but i tried different networks (neighbors and my 4g), doesn't work. Can't be a network issue
