After the most recent upgrade I have no customers in my current venue

I tried reporting this from the game but the contact information is grayed out. I see on the Facebook page that quite a few people are having this issue.
There has been no answer from the developers. I pay quite a bit to play this game so it is disheartening when the development team ignores an issues. They could at least give an update.
