How do you get back to completed levels?

I can figure out how to get to back to chapter 1, but not any of the other chapters. I just started chapter 5, but I have to earn 1400 coins for my daily goal and right now I'm learning about 12 per episode in chapter 5. I'd like to get back to a previous chapter to earn more coins.

    Go to the map screen and scroll around till you find the diner, then tap on it, then you can choose from the list of episodes.  Finding it on the screen is kind of annoying I have to say...
