Jet packs not showing up

I don’t see the jet packs any more even though I purchased several through the daily deals. Was unable to achieve the goal of using so had to roll. Anyone else having this problem? Is this a glitch or do they stop showing after a certain level?

The jet packs don't show up in every level. Currently, you can find them in the Dinertown Inn and Trout of this World!
