Connection Loss at DinerTown Hall

I have reached DinerTown Inn Ch. 7 Level 15
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8
My issue is that I'm trying to buy upgrades using keys at the Dinertown Hall and I keep getting a Connection Loss error when the rest of the game works fine.
