Change of Hart

Hi, I'm playing Change of Hart and I did a few levels then it changed to new levels which I think has glitched as im stuck on 1/5, I can only earn 80 coins no matter what despite using all my gems to upgrade all the dishes for that level. How can my coins always be the same even after many upgrades? And the level wont go even though it's said there'll be new levels it didnt change. Any ideas?

    So I've not upgraded everything to the max because I didnt want to waste my gems if it is a glitch. The only dishes ordered on this level are lemonade, brownie, peanut butter sandwich and cheese grill. But everytime I buy an upgrade it still only ever gives me 80 coins exactly so I stopped upgrading. And everytime the game says there'll be new levels in so many hrs the level never changes
