Reward not rewarding

Gathered all the sun lotion bottles, it says I earned a reward but when I try to claim it, it refuses to process further.

    Same issue here.

    What triggered the issue? - I gathered the requisite 5500 suncreen bottles for the Amazon reward. The event milestone processed correctly and shows as complete. I can see the reward on my Redeem Offers screen, but when I click Redeem nothing happens.

    Can you guys message Customer Support from inside the game about this? Others have done so and got 120 gems as compensation for this!
