A minor thing: If your attention wanders and the balloons pop, I think everyone in the venue should take a hit to their patience/hearts from being startled.

    Wow that's a really harsh punishment imo. Given the current casual direction of the game (btw, the 2014 Diner Dash, 2015 Cooking DASH, 2016 Gordon Ramsay DASH are all hardcore games), it's really driving players away from it. From their current design, almost everything is either you get a bonus when you can do something or you get the normal values. As a player who was really tired of playing the 2014 Diner Dash, I really agree with them on that too, especially those moments when I forgot to sign the crates and everyone's happiness took a big hit :(
