Freezing after Xmas update

My game keeps freezing, particularly during the Food Truck event. I lost 2400 truck bucks, and 2 plays before I finally gave up. Anyone else experiencing this?

    Yes. I couldn’t even open the food truck but it took away 3 lives while trying.

    Same thing happened with me. Food truck just took the plays from me. And kept saying connection lost

    Is anyone also seeing that the top scores are just impossible to beat now? Top score of 100,000,000 on Food Truck event, so ridiculous.

    Can’t connect to the servers this morning on my iPad - my wifi is fine, all other apps working great. Keep getting the Retry or Restart screen.

    I was also have the same food truck issues yesterday as reported above, and one level suddenly gave me 27 guests to get through but no guests came after 7.

    Mine did the same. Lost tons of lives and boosts. Still not working this morning

     PSA: Amazon (who hosts the game server) is having a power outage which is why we can't access the game right now. Please be patient while they are fixing it :(
