Alberta?

Alberta has appeared in my Characters list to level up on hearts, but which level of play/episode is she in? I'm playing the April's Fools in Love episodes but not encountered her here yet? I'm getting the "Level up a characters hearts" in the daily tasks and I keep spending 500 coins to swap this one out each day, as I can't level up Alberta and shes the only one I have left  now.

    Me too, but its more annoying that I have to keep spending 500 coins and/or 1 gem to change the daily task that aks me to Level Up a character when there's no way of obtaining hearts for her to upgrade her.

    Happy to see others struggle too. Read that she costs about 40 gems. But I can't find where to "buy" her.

    Yesterday she just randomly showed up when the Italian venue was the venue of the day. 
    Still really annoying asyou can't play levels with her at will, so leveling her up will be a nightmare...
