Secret Menu stopping loading of game

My secret menu keeps loading over & over & won't allow me to exit & play the game, Everytime I log in it goes to the secret menu & repeats the beginning , when I try shutting it down it just starts from the beginning again or freezes, haven't been able to play the game in days.
