I have written to support to let them know about this issue and sent the image for them. They replied with some suggestions about WiFi to ‘narrow down my issue’. But I have been very specific about the issue and they haven’t referred to it all.

Putting in locked mode helps but is still bit dodgy in restaurants like wonderland delights as you press near top of screen. Think that is more Apple than anything else though.
