Unable to bring my account over from 22

My 2022 account was connected to my Facebook account, and I deleted that Facebook account, not realizing that it would have any impact, I completely deleted the Facebook account, and now I am unable to bring my 2022 account over.  I saw the option for a migration code, but I don't see where that would be entered in 23 to connect the account.  Is anyone familiar with using the migration codes?  Does anyone know how I could bring that account over without the facebook account?

I couldn't remember if I connected my account with my email or Facebook. I saw that Migration code too and figured out I have to re-install TSB22 and in the Settings there is a button labeled "Migration".
