Issue seeing players when I get boxes

I'm having an issue when I open boxes and I receive a player the screen to show me that player is blank. When I go to teams I can see if I received a player. This is very frustrating. Anybody know a fix?

    I am still having this problem since day 1. They tell they are aware of the issue and they are working on it. It's ridiculous!!

    I have this problem too. Instead of seeing a player, I see a useless amount of bxp.
