Contacting technical support

I was wondering if anyone new had a contact technical support for Tap Sports baseball 23 have a problem customer service doesn't seem to be able to want to or able to help me I've been trying for 2 months it's a problem with the record of my season team it doesn't reflect the reality of my season it's got two losses on there that I didn't incur and I'd like to have it removed to reflect reality and before the season ends I think I have six more games left so it's kind of imperative that I get in touch with them before the season is over otherwise it won't do me any good thank you
