Where are the best places to get elements 3 thru 5

Hi friend,

I like Shivering Refuge 10 for elements 3&4 just because of how fast you can clear the floor.

Boss Rush floors are good

For element 5, hellfire 6+ can drop off the level 4 mob and the last Minotaur.

Forgotten temple can also drop from the cobra lord and minotaur...I think from level 6+ but I could be off on that.

Element 3: Red Dragon (or you can upgrade from element 2)
Element 4: White Dragon (or you can upgrade from element 3)
Element 5: Black Dragon, Boss Rush 3, Forgotten Tomb 6-10, Hellfire 10 (or you can upgrade from element 4)
