Ew2 wont load past the ew2 picture

My eternity warriors 2 won't load past the picture screen. How can I fix this or do I have to wait until the creators fix this problem?

    I am having the same issue with my Samsung Galaxy 3 phone. One day it stopped loading and now I cant get it to finish loading the screen etc... Please respond. I dont want to delete all my progress
