Can't play pvp

Spent hundreds of dollars on both characters i updated my phone and it basically stopped allowing me to play, so i will be filing a fraudulent claim wiht my credit card company unless this is fixed nothing against you guys but youa re stealing my money. I did not pay almost 300 dollars for items to not be able to enjoy the game. Please fix this it says you detected abnormal character data? I don't see how all i did was re install the game on a new phone. Please tell me what i can do to fix this. I talked to my credit card company and they said it is indeed fraud TOS or no TOS. I just want it fixed.
