Eternity warriors 2 account issue

Can someone please help me i deleted my eternity warriors 2 games a couple of years ago and i recently re downloaded it and im back at lvl 1 i had around a lvl 62 can someone tell me how to get it back and i tryed to load my old account and it says i dident have a existing player please help!!!
