Stupid advice from glu.com/support (putang glu na yan)

in EW2 FAQ, Support and Announcements
They says do that and these but not happening. They said data will lost when deleting and reinstalling the game but all data are gone after doing theirs advice.

Putang glu na yang pasabugin kaya yang server nila para lahat mawala.

Now you see posting requirement no attachment how can add screenshot.
