How i add people to friends in game? (Android)

I see people one facebook offer help and post thier emails to add them.
But i have no idea how to add people.

Not much of an android player but you need a g+ account in order to add and play with friends

u can create a new circle or just go to your G+ & add them, not thru the game

And what happend if i have a android gane with G+ account when im trying to send am invitation to a iPhone user???? The Apple device it's working with his own G+ account but the invitation never gets started

u cant play cross-platform even if they have G+
