Help! character restart!

my character restart i was lvl 60+ and now i log into the game and it make me lvl 1
what happened!?
it the second time it happen to me!!!
not fun, not fair!

    I started using Helium. It backs up your save.

    sounds like he's on OSX which i dnt think Helium will work, Helium is a backup tool for unrooted Android devices

    doesn't it allow you to backup on iCloud??
    even if your character is restarted, there lot many of players to help you out to get dragons bane…
