"Ready" Button on multiplayer rooms

I think there should be "Ready" button on mp rooms.
Many times when creating a room or quick match its matching me with low lvl sometimes i help them but something i wanna play with people in my own lvl in high lvl maps.
And its annoying that when its matching me to some room the player click fast start so i can even see his lvl, most of the times low lvl player does this and its annoying to wait the map to load and then exit the game.
