help, reset game

in EW2 FAQ, Support and Announcements
after 2 days and I find myself returning to play at level 1
I was level 64 Grand Dragon Lord Mystery full armor, how do I go back to normal?
help help

    Did you made a backup of your phonedata? Otherwise it could be hard.

    Dragon Breaker Maxcraft 4344attk 42%cr 40%cd

    This has hapened to me as well... I spent like 2-3000 glu credits on weapons/armor and its all gone...

    This has happened to me twice!! Is there anyway to get all my stuff back? If not I think I'm done with this game! It's super fun but what's the point when you can lose all your stuff at any time.
